Title Issues Arbitration
Have a challenging multifamily deal under contract in Los angles- Owner is selling the property way under market because of a pending arbitration decision in the next few weeks. Currently they are on title, but attorneys/Judge are looking to force the current owner on title to sign a grant deed over to the other party in exchange for settlement/money payment.
Obviously having trouble finding a title company that will insure title on this property. Has anyone been able to get a deal done under this circumstances and have any recommendations for a title officer/ or company that will take something like this on? Appreciate the help
