repaint and carpet to sell duplex
BP Comrades
Just bought a duplex at auction for 100,000. Both tenants have been living there 2 years. We got them to sign new leases.
Gross rent 1850/m
Taxes 400/m
Insurance 125/m
Utilities 100/m
Mortgage 550/m
Misc. 109/m
Zillow values duplex at 150,000.
We are SFR buy and hold investors. Should we spruce place up cost 6000 and sell try to sell at Zillow number. Keep it in rental portfolio or sell as is?
