MN Purchase agreement FSBO
I'm considering a purchase that is FSBO. The property is free and clear and the owner says the need a certain amount. I have traditional financing in place but I'm curious what other financing options might be available to me that would save me some OOP expense? Also I'm curious if the forum knows where to find MN Residential Purchase agreement and can you recommend a good, reliable and trust worthy RE Attorney?
