no crawl space no deal?

Hello BP!

So I found this cute house and had an inspection done. The one thing I am concerned about is the lack of crawl space. 

My question is could a no crawl space access a deal killer? The house is old and something MUST HAVE needed some repair in the past but I was just curious if anyone had dealt with the house with crawl space access.
