Finding a market to manage first BRRR
I have reached a point in my life where I am able to temporarily move and manage a few BRRRR projects in person. I have a few long-distance rental properties and am selling my primary residence after a very profitable live-in flip.
I will have around 200k to play with and I want to stretch it as far as I possibly can, I also have experience managing rehabs.
I have narrowed my search down to less then 10 markets, I do have my favorites but I have not made up my mind. I want to throw it out to the community to see what market that people think a brrrr works best.
