Hard Money Lenders / Experience with Do Hard Money

Nicholas Blanke
Posted

My Partners + I are considering doing a few flips in the North East Pennsylvania + New Jersey and we are considering hard money lenders for the first few deals as well as alternate sources of financing. On of the lenders we came across was Do Hard Money https://www.dohardmoney.com/

I was wondering if anyone on the Bigger Pockets community had an experience with Do Hard Money as a company and the services they offer. I'd love to hear how well it did or didn't work out in your deals and what some of the sticking points were. What rates they offered you and what to typically expect when you get a hard money loan. I welcome all feedback.
