Tight/Small Crawl Space
Hello i have a recently remodeled 1960 Pier and Beam foundation house under contract that I would like to make my first rental property. The inspector said the crawl space under the house is very tight (approximately a foot maybe a little more). Will this cause very high maintenance costs as contractors won't like working under a house they can barely fit under or have access to certain areas? Is this a deal breaker?
