Profit Sharing with passive investor

Hi, I am currently looking at a property which needs to be rehabbed. I have done all the work from finding the deal to fixing the property. I have also put up half of the money. We are planning to rent the property. What would be a good strategy to split the rent and also potential profits when selling in the future. The other investor is passive and has invested 50% of the purchase price and rehab cost.
