Looking for Nashville Area Agents or Developers

I have a client relocating from Chicago to the Nashville area. They're open to Nashville, Franklin, Mursfreeboro, and even Chattanooga area. Ultimately what they are looking for is for a broker and developers because they want to buy land to build a house and they want to be by the water or on it.

They had a bid on a property that they lost last month and were very unhappy with their previous brokers experience. All suggestions welcome!
