Commercial loan information

I am trying to gain some knowledge in commercial real estate loan terms and offerings. Anyone knowledgeable in this subject please feel free to share. I’d love to get your personal opinions on the best type of loans to get. I am also not too familiar with the balloon and amortization terms thrown around and what that would actually look like stretched out in payment terms. Any information would be great! If anyone has personal deals with numbers to share that would help a lot! Thank you.
