Researching before making a Creative Offer

Hi BP Forum...long time listener, first time poster and new Pro member :).  I'm curious if anyone knows of an online research tool that show's current balance on existing mortgage or liens on a property?  I found a home I'd like to get creative on but they are asking way more than I'm willing to pay up front considering the rehab costs.  Thanks for your advice!
