Financing for 2 duplexes
I have 2 duplexes on one parcel of real estate in Missouri. Each building has 2 units so a total of 4 living units. I have purchased these and fixed them out of savings and would now like to long term cash out finance. They are probably worth 150000 x 2 buildings =300000 My local bank has a broker but he is saying they probably can't find comps because it is 2 buildings on one parcel. I have also put them in an LLC and he said they would need to be in my personal name. I am ok with them in my name if necessary. Who should I have look at this? Thanks, John
