Basement Apartment in the Historic center

Hey guys,

I looked at a basement apartment today in the center of Athens (500m from the Akropolis) and I am TORN! Condition etc is great. Good light because of big windows.

right now the price is 48000 for 46qm, I would negotiate, because the problem with Athens is the rent prices are a joke. Other basement apartments in this area go for 10€/qm.

airbnb would be an option but I am not a big fan, I would prefer a monthly rental.

does it sound like a good deal?

I feel like I just want to finally buy my first property 😁
