Halton/GTA/Niagara Region- New Investor

Hey all! I am brand new to real estate, and I’d like to start of with wholesaling. I’ve been doing some research but a lot of the terms seem to go right over my head. I’m in the Halton/GTA area, so I’m wondering if anyone here could give me advice, and possibly walk me through my first investment. Any advice is appreciated, I’m starting from square one here.
