Tax Deed Sales in Florida additional costs and questions

So I am new to this. I have ready read and searched alot but still have some questions. Thx. to those who take the time or provide links to help me w/ this endeavor. I have noticed some of the properties have fees that are charged by the clerks office for mailings, advertising in paper, (COC fees) and additionally are charged sheriffs fees for posting property about taxes not paid. As a buyer am I responsible for these fees. I see they can be 2-3K in some instances. Are there any other additonal fees that a buyer has to pay for besides bidding price. I also see the same properties at future tax deed sales.. why is this. Last question for now...I read a quiet title is good only for recorded leins. What would be some examples of unrecorded leins and would I be responsible for them legally. Thank you kindly.
