Looking for Advice in Austin, Texas

Hi there, 

I'm looking to buy an investment property (SFR) in Austin, Texas. Does anyone have any neighborhoods they recommend that are safe and good for renting out to a family? (Good school, etc) I'm also thinking of rehabbing the house so am looking for a house that needs rehab.

Also, does anyone have any real estate agents that they recommend as well in those neighborhoods? Or where I can learn more?
