Hello. I'm new to BiggerPockets. I'm trying to wholesale a property for a friend who has a house in Highland Park, MI. I know the Houston market, but I'm not familiar with what's going on in Highland Park. Does any know where I can get information one what's going on in that area (rehabs vs buy and hold, as-is values, ARVs, etc.)?
