Out of state investor Looking at Indiana for Buy and Hold
Hello all, I am new to BP and looking for some advice on investing in Indiana. I am looking to buy a SFH as a rental investment with a buy and hold strategy. I am just getting started with my research, and trying to understand what areas to consider that have good rental potential and are B or C+ areas. This will be my first out of state, so any other advice is welcome too :)
