Hey all, looking for advice regarding the advantages and/or detriments of investing as an agent. I'm aiming to work to learn which leads me to consider pursuing a real estate license. I want to progress in skills such as sales, marketing, networking, as well as increase general real estate knowledge. Thanks in advance!
