Hey Guys!
So I'm sure most of us have already written down our 2021 goals and have begun to strategize for the year to come. So I wanted to open up a discussion about what some of those strategies are. For the past year, I've been working with a large investment firm here in Nashville. Although I gained experience analyzing and working 40 deals a month, it ended up not being a great fit. So currently, I'm figuring out how to balance my ability to invest, wholesale and project manage flips for myself and the investors I work with. I also have every intention to property manage as well. If anyone has any recommendations or insight for what has worked for you I would love to hear it!
Goals 2021:
-Wholesale 4-6 deals within 4 months (Build capital)
-Project manage 2-4 flips this year
-Manage a rental portfolio 12 doors
-Build a personal portfolio (Currently have 3, looking to expand by 2 more doors)
