We have 64 units but need additional cash flow

We have a nice portfolio of residential units but would like to explore other cash flow opportunities. We flipped our first house this fall but the market is tough in our area for opportunities like this this year. Does anyone manage other’s units for a fee? I’d love to make money teaching others what we’ve learned but I just don’t see how that could make much money. I’m open to ideas on how to grow. I want to be one of the greats... would love to hear your ideas.
