Management Co Frustrations! HELP!

How can I get out of my contract with a management company. My tenants are frustrated as well. The response time is not good and the follow up is even worse. I spend more time trying to undo what they’ve done or follow up with what they’ve done and in many cases it’s nothing. I tried being nice about it and ask them nicely if we can just part ways as this is not working out... they said no!

Any suggestions?
