What can you do with $100K in cash in 2021 but no time

I saved up some $100k & I'm contemplating b/w investing in RE vs paying off my first home. I read the Beginners Guide from BP its very informative, thanks to BP for putting together this free guide.

It looks like a bad idea to pay off home if eventual financial freedom is your goal. Although that is my goal honestly I do not have the time to manage a property nor have the time to gain knowledge on RE strategies. I have a demanding full time job & Family which leaves me with almost no extra time. +tive cash flows seems to require a lot of time either in finding the right deal or managing it. If I let property managers manage it the cash flow becomes almost zero. Given that the only thing I can bring to the table is $, no time or knowledge what are some suggestions for me by the community pros? "Buy & Hold" & hope for appreciation? Split my investment 50-50 b/w RE & S&P 500?

Thoughts? Thanks you very much.
