my agent is looking for investment properties also. Good or bad?

I am looking to buy my first rental property. The real estate agent I am planning on using has and will be looking for more rentals. I want to  purchase 3-4 properties over the next 5 years. She will also be trying to purchase multiple properties over the same time period. Do you think it is wise to use her as my agent? Is there any advantages that I’m missing? I have no doubt she will work hard for me but can’t help but think there could be a conflict of interest.
