Hi,

My wife and I are looking to invest in a rental property and are looking at the Austin TX area. Questions we have:

- Is this a good market to invest in rental property? Should we expect positive cash flow?

- What are some of the good areas to invest in? 

- What are some of the watch out when we are looking in the area?
