Owner occupied duplex in Holland, MI

Hello all, thanks for taking the time to read my first post!!!

So i'm a newly single father looking for a multi family that i can raise my daughters (currently 2&4) in.  Ideally a side by side Duplex with sizeable bedrooms and multiple bathrooms for my soon to be teenage girls (ugh i'm not ready for that).  I work in Holland/Zeeland but anywhere commutable in West Michigan area would suffice.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!!!
