Hi there, 

I am a sophomore in college and live in Los Angeles, California. I am currently in the process for getting my real estate license. I'd love to own my first property before the age of 21 and also begin my journey in real estate investment. Id love to have steps that can guide me and teach me the steps of owning property and investing in it.
