How to find buyers for real estate wholesaling

I am new to the real estate wholesaling game, new year new goals. I recently created a list of local buyers who say they buy homes all cash. Is my next step to create a out of state list with bigger companies / buyers. Lastly, this may be a stupid question but as a wholesaler do I let them know (BUYERS) I am wholesaling or do I just provide the company with the seller contract. Thank you BP community
