What’s your biggest save from an inspector?

What’s your biggest save by an inspector?

I am a fairly handy guy and a good majority of the items the inspector finds I already noticed during my walk through before offering on the house. I know as I grow my portfolio, the inspector will become more and more valuable as it won’t be feasible to go see proprieties anymore before offering but in the meantime I sometimes wonder if using one is worth the money.

Has anyone had a big save attributed to their inspector and if so, what was it?
