Hot market craziness
Cincinnati is goofy right now. Just this week I've tried submitting offers on 3 different MLS listings within hours of them becoming active. All were already under contract or bid way over asking. Bandit signs are EVERYWHERE, mailboxes are stuffed with mailers, even the radio has commercials running for wholesalers. The sheriff auction is standing room only with bids going sky high. Good time to sell, tough time to buy! I've read a bunch of posts here over the past few years saying a correction is coming....not from where I sit.
