Hi, I'm new to investing in real estate and would love to get started now. However, the idea of diving into a property headfirst with no experts on my team seems risky. How do I find an investor with a property that they are considering selling with owner financing or rent to own? Or someone who needs a property manager? I want to get my feet wet before I put a lot of money in. I want to learn through experience so that my next properties can be more profitable. I've been reading books and watching bigger pockets for about a year and I'm ready to make the next move.
