Thank you BiggerPockets community. Thank you to all the authors of the books that I have read. Thank you to all the guest on the podcast episodes. And finally thank you to all of the countless individuals who have posted within the forums.

My wife and I finally took that leap. We have been searching for for a rental property for some time. We went under contract yesterday.

We couldnt be more excited!! Here’s to the journey moving forward.

Wohoo! Congrats @Matthew Horstmyer! Now don't forget to get those tenants to sign estoppel agreements if you can... They're becoming more and more important in this covid world we find ourselves in.
