Hey y'all! I'm new to the group and wanted to extend an opportunity to collaborate on future flips in the Greater Los Angeles area. Just closed our most recent flip in Encino, CA. Now looking to acquire a couple more on our target list. Currently prospecting 2 homes in Leimert Park and Inglewood (hot spots in SoCal right now).
