REAL ESTATE MARKET IN 2021 - YOUR THOUGHT

Hello,

I will like to know your thought on Real Estate Market in 2021.

In my opinion, I believe there will be few foreclosures across the country but the demand will still outweigh the supply (The Law of Demand Vs. Supply). 

There will still be bidding wars in 2021. 

People will still be overpaying for properties in most markets.

Builders will still be conservative in their new construction approach.
