Valuation - Property Type and Appraisal
Hello, I'm curious about how the terminological difference of detached duplex, 2-on-a-lot, and mother-in-law unit and how those impact possible valuation of the whole property? Specifically in California.
Does it make a difference? If so, what contributes to the difference?
Thanks all!
