Any banks not requiring 6 month seasoning period for refi's?

Hey all,

I hope this does not go against any rules or regs, but I am wondering if anyone has done a BRRRR recently and worked with a lender that did NOT require the full 6 month waiting period. I purchased a SF home in November, for $106,250... put $45,000 into it. Comps will be around $225,000 -$215,000, so I should have zero issues with reappraisal and already filled the unit for $2,000 so cash flow is around $700 or so after I pay hard money lender

If anyone has had experiences with any lenders that did NOT require the full 6 month hold period please respond below!! Thanks everyone,

God bless!!!

@James Lauer I havent worked with him personally, but I've spoken to him and he seems like a good guy. @George Despotopoulos mentioned he can potentially do refinances in as little as 3 months.
