Primary residence & home business sale

Hello All, 

I am looking forward to starting a permaculture home business in the next few months and it will be successful (have to speak it into existence lol). I will likely permanently move 3-5 years after the start of the home business. My question is; can a home business be included in the property's sale listing? If so, what are some things to consider? How is pricing affected? If not, I will be very careful with the magnitude of my equipment investment, thereby alleviating the potential headache of moving said equipment to my follow-on home.
