Finding home owner address- driving for dollars

I'm looking to find BRRRR investment deals near me and I'm trying a few different methods. When doing the driving for dollars strategy, how can I find the address of a home owner I wish to contact? I don't want to leave a letter in the mailbox in case the current residents are renters. Any advice on this strategy much appreciated!
