Selling to family for pay off

Hello, I'm currently in the beginning stages of selling my house to my father. I'm selling to him for only what is owed on the property and he is going to pay in cash. We aren't going through any kind of agent. I'm unsure of how to actually go through this process. Can anyone give me some tips on where to start?
