Seller Financing w/ Multiple Owners

Hello Everyone,

Working on a deal where there are three owners of a house. The house was handed down to these siblings and is split 50/25/25. I was going to offer seller financing but was not sure if that was possible with three owners of a property. Anyone every heard of this or been in this situation?
