International investor- first deal in U.S

Hi!

Im a real estate investor from Sweden. I have been investing and managing real estates in Sweden for several years and have a solid track record with great deals. At the moment I manage real estate for 60 000 00 USD in Sweden (we own 20 000 000 USD our self). Both commercial and residential.

Im looking now to make a first deal in U.S, in one of the southern states. Only residential. I have a corporation established in Delaware. Size +-100 units. Im bringing some of my own equity into the deal and I want to syndicate one part. My intentions are to be an active deal maker in U.S and build a portfolio within the next 5 years of 1000 units.
