Fix and Flip Opportunities in Hampton Roads, VA

Hi I recently moved to Newport News VA and looking to get into fix and flip single family homes. I have the funding so that's not much of an issue but I can't seem to find any property that makes sense when looking at the purchase price, renovation costs, and after repair value. I am looking for properties up to 120k that needs to be renovated but it's almost impossible to see any come on the market. I know it's very competitive market right now but I believe there has to be a way since I am just looking to buy one property. I am a licensed real estate salesperson in CA and I've been in real estate for several years now and have some experience in fix and flip. Already spoke to several wholesalers and real estate agents but no one seems to be able to show me a property with a potential yet. Can anyone help me???
