Apartments and Condos!

Hey guys,

Been a while since I have been on. I am possibly relocating in January and I am looking at buying my first property!!! This will be for me to live in until I leave the state, then I will look to rent it out.

My fiancee and I are looking into some apartments and condos in the downtown area and I was wondering if a condo is a good investment like a house? What are things I need to look at if I go this route?

Basically just asking how I can utilize an apartment and condo, as I would with a house?

Cheers guys,

Sam
