Boston and Brookline Condo Market
Hey everyone, new to RE investing, but am very familiar with the markets of Boston and Brookline having been a resident for some time. I see that most of the places on the market would translate into a minimal cashflow deal, with majority of the value in potential property appreciation and potential tax breaks. While I’m not opposed to this type of deal, I am curious to understand from others if this is something they’re actively investing in, or if this type of deal translates into a hard pass.
