Invested from Overseas?
I am considering swapping a property in my portfolio (bought cash in 2009) to re-invest the equity as (1x) or (2x) 20% down payments for bigger cash flowing multifamily properties.
Being based overseas, I would like for the property(ies) to be ran by a comprehensive and trusted management team (from manager to legal etc)
I would prefer for the the property to already have tenants and a good history (financials must be available upon request for due diligence etc) to hit the ground running.
Has anyone on here ever done this before?
Thanks,
Jean-Claude
