Real Estate Agent Commission
I have a real estate agent in eastern TN that wants to charge a 10% commission to sell bare land. Isn't 6% standard for any type of real estate or is it normal for that to flex depending on the type of property being sold.

Actually, 10% is more common with bare land. An experienced land broker is Different than a typical agent sticking it in the Happy Homeowner MLS.
