What are your predictions for investors in 2021?
Charlotte's real estate inventory levels are at an all-time low right now, making it hard for potential home buyers to become homeowners.
While this isn't surprising since it has been like this in our area since 2016, what will create more balance between buyers and sellers?
I feel that a market correction is inevitable given the effects of COVID-19 on employment and the government mandated
moratoriums on foreclosures and evictions.
These are damming up a great deal of potential inventory. What are your predictions for investors in 2021?
