Help finding buyers for multi family property in iowa

My dad is just finishing up building his first duplex and we are trying to find either people looking to buy 1 of the 2 units upright or selling the whole duplex. It has been a hard time finding people especially with covid. We are located in Davenport Iowa and was wondering if anyone had any tips or ideas we could pursue, it doesn’t seem like their are any public real estate investor meetings.
