Hello Biggerpockets community. I am new to the community and it feels great to be part of the community. I have been planning and I should say I am ready for my first project. I have been looking at homes on MLS and I have bid on properties. I am actively looking to get started on my first project. I would like to connect with some reliable and good General contractors and wholesalers. Any guidance would be much appreciated on finding the deals for flips and REO, Foreclosures etc.
