Package deal with existing houses?

Hello,

I just recently joined as a member but have been visiting this site for quite awhile. Recently, I accepted a position in South Carolina and will be relocating from New Jersey. Currently, I have three rental properties in Pennsville NJ that I have decided to sell. My question is has anyone ever done a package deal with REIT or other investor, if so can you please tell me about the process you used to identify the investors.
